With minimum stress to the animal with our short supply chain and maximum care during its life, this is the freshest way to buy your organically grown meat. Direct from our Organic Certified Farms in the Hunter Valley of NSW, delivered to your door!

**We have a shortage of animals, both cattle and sheep that are ready for processing. We're sorry that it's going to be a few months wait on our meat being delivered to you again. We will update you on any progress. The shortage is mainly due to us selling our animals to the live market last year earlier than usual due to the dry season. We estimated our pasture feed and decided to sell off animals as there wasn't going to be enough to keep them all on the farm. Hence there is a shortage now of animals that would have been suitable weights for our Direct to Customer orders, and the next younger mob of animals are growing well, but aren't ready for processing just yet. This is a function of our slow food farm system, and when the season is dryer than ideal they grow a little slower as well.

So, it's a pause in our meat offerings until later in the year and we will endeavour to have them ready for you as soon as we can. Thank you!
